Sovereign Medical Group, LLC is seeking a bilingual Spanish speaking Nurse Practitioner to join our outstanding team of professionals, for a thriving Urology practice in Jersey City, NJ.

The Advanced Practitioner will be responsible for assisting in patient care in the office and acute care setting under the supervision of the Physician.

This is an excellent opportunity for new graduates.

The Nurse Practitioner will diagnose and treat patients who present for treatment, obtain a history, perform a physical examination, document the medical record, perform privileged procedures, prescribe, or administer medication, order laboratory and other diagnostic test, provide discharge instructions, initiate referrals and Telehealth.

Required Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner training program.
• Current, unrestricted, DEA, NJ CDS and New Jersey State license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse AND a Nurse Practitioner.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking required.
