Job Description
BASIC FUNCTION:
The Volunteer Coordinator supports the day-to-day administration of the volunteer program, focusing on coordination, scheduling, onboarding, and volunteer support.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate volunteer schedules and assignments
Support recruitment and outreach efforts
Facilitate onboarding and orientation
Maintain volunteer records and database
Provide day-to-day support and communication
Assist with volunteer recognition

Requirements:QUALIFICATIONS: (Education, Training, Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
1–3 years relevant experience

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (some weekends)
Office and community-based work environments
Occasional evenings and weekends
Ability to stand for extended periods
Lift up to 45 lbs occasionally
Participation in indoor and outdoor events
