📋 Position: Floating Assistant Property Manager
📍 Location: This position supports RPS apartment communities in the Orlando, Melbourne, and Titusville areas.

✅ Key Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in multi-family, tax credit/affordable housing
· Yardi experience preferred
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
· Valid Driver's License required (this is a traveling position)

💼 Responsibilities:

· Assist the Property Manager in achieving community goals and objectives
· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
· Handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously
· Manage work orders and maintenance requests using Yardi software
· Coordinate lease renewals and rental increases
· Conduct unit inspections and move-in/move-out processes
· Support leasing activities and resident relations
· Maintain accurate records and documentation

🎯 Requirements:

· Associate's degree or equivalent experience
· 2+ years in Assistant or Leasing positions within the apartment industry; affordable community and Yardi experience preferred
· Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and property management software
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Knowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO laws
· Valid Driver's License required
