Through your knowledge of the quick-service restaurant industry, you take pride in supporting the leadership team in the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced restaurant.Your 3+ years of quick-service experience in a management role combined with your practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching Management and Team Members makes you an ideal candidate for this role.Responsibilities:Be a leader and always lead by example by following all Tim Hortons policies and proceduresPlan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operationsParticipate in the recruitment processPrepare and provide restaurant Management and Team Members with performance reviewsTraining new Team Members and prospective managementTrain, remind and encourage Team Members to follow all Health & Safety policies and program we have in placeManaging labour costs through effective scheduling and floor managementControlling food & paper costs using order guidesMonitor weekly and monthly inventoriesEnsuring that product launches and promotions are executed with perfectionResolving guest feedback, as well as working with your team to maximize guest satisfactionCoach & discipline Team Members as neededBalance cash and complete balance sheetsComplete cash reports and related formsFoster a positive work environment through leadership and exampleWhy Work for Us?
