TruBlue Home Service Ally is a growing, locally owned home services company specializing in residential repairs, home maintenance, small remodeling projects, and aging-in-place modifications.

We're looking for an experienced construction professional to join our leadership team and help oversee our field operations.

This is more than a foreman position. We're looking for someone with extensive hands-on experience, excellent judgment, and the ability to guide a team of skilled craftsmen while helping us build a successful company.

• Prepare estimates: Meet with customers, assess projects, develop scopes of work, and accurately estimate labor and materials.

• Support our technicians: Serve as a trusted resource when team members encounter questions, challenges, or unfamiliar situations.

• Oversee field operations: Help keep jobs organized, technicians productive, and projects on schedule.

• Ensure quality: Maintain high standards of craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

• Troubleshoot problems: Evaluate unexpected jobsite conditions and develop practical solutions.

• Mentor and train: Share your knowledge, develop our technicians' skills, and help build a strong, confident team.

• Improve our processes: Work closely with ownership to improve estimating, efficiency, communication, and profitability.

• Lead by example: Be willing to step into the field and lend a hand when needed.

• Extensive experience in residential construction, remodeling, and home repairs.

• Broad technical knowledge across multiple trades.

• Previous experience as a foreman, construction supervisor, project manager, or business owner.

• Strong estimating and project management skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Someone who is approachable, patient, organized, and dependable.

• A professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

• Comfortable using technology to manage estimates, schedules, and project details.

• Valid driver's license.
