We’re looking for a Dishwasher / Steward who takes pride in doing a job well, works with a sense of urgency, and understands that a strong kitchen depends on everyone doing their part.

This is a hands-on role supporting our culinary and service teams. You’ll help keep dishes, cookware, equipment, and kitchen areas clean, sanitary, organized, and ready for service.

You don’t need private club experience to succeed here. You need dependability, a willingness to learn, and respect for the people working beside you.

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Operate the dish machine properly and follow procedures for manual washing and sanitizing.
• Keep clean dishes and equipment organized, stored correctly, and available for service.
• Maintain a clean, orderly dish area throughout your shift.
• Clean and sanitize assigned kitchen surfaces, equipment, floors, and work areas.
• Remove trash and recycling, clean waste containers, and maintain designated disposal areas.
• Handle chemicals safely and follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate equipment problems, supply needs, and safety concerns to your supervisor.
• Support daily service, tournaments, banquets, and special club events.
• Complete opening, closing, and scheduled cleaning assignments thoroughly.

Previous dishwashing, stewarding, or kitchen experience is helpful but not required. We’re willing to train someone with the right attitude and work ethic.

• Availability for scheduled shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repeated bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Ability to safely move dish racks, cookware, trash containers, and other supplies, with assistance when needed.
• Comfort working in a busy kitchen around heat, steam, water, and cleaning chemicals.
