Job Summary

The Medical Referral Specialist - PACE provides a variety of office and administrative support services including greeting and coordinating patient referrals, assisting with insurance screening, processing referrals, and performing other general office duties. This role serves as a liaison between participants, caregivers, providers, specialists, and insurance representatives to facilitate seamless care coordination.

Education - High school graduate or equivalent required.
Experience - One (1) year scheduling experience in a health care setting preferred. Experience with using electronic health record (EHR) preferred .

Other Requirement(s) - Fluent in English: additional fluency in other languages is valued. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
