Integrated Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Integrated Marketing Manager based in United States.

The Integrated Marketing Manager will play a key role in bringing high-impact brand initiatives to life through strategic execution, content development, and field activation.
This position will own the operational delivery of thought leadership programs and customer engagement experiences designed to influence audiences and generate measurable business impact.
The role combines marketing strategy, project management, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to support pipeline growth and brand visibility.
You will manage complex programs from planning through execution, ensuring content, events, and campaigns are delivered effectively across channels.
Working closely with sales, data, brand, and external partners, you will create scalable marketing systems that improve reach, engagement, and revenue outcomes.

Accountabilities:

The Integrated Marketing Manager will oversee the execution of strategic marketing programs, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with business objectives, and optimized for measurable impact. The role requires strong operational ownership, creative problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across marketing, sales, data, and external partners.

  • Execute comprehensive content calendars for thought leadership programs, including trend-based content, market reports, research-driven assets, social content, webinars, and derivative marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with internal data teams and external partners to collect, validate, and transform market insights into valuable content for customers, prospects, and industry audiences.
  • Manage the production, distribution, and performance tracking of integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Plan and execute regional customer engagement events, including scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Support account targeting efforts by identifying priority audiences, managing outreach strategies, and improving event attendance and engagement.
  • Partner with sales, field teams, and marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns and events support pipeline development and revenue objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners while identifying opportunities for stronger brand collaborations.
  • Build reporting frameworks to measure program effectiveness, including pipeline influence, engagement, sentiment, content performance, and operational efficiency.
  • Leverage modern marketing technologies, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve workflows, insights, and execution speed.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all programs by collaborating with brand strategy and marketing teams.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in integrated campaigns, operational execution, and cross-functional collaboration. They should be comfortable building scalable processes, using data to guide decisions, and connecting marketing initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

  • 6+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in integrated marketing, campaign execution, and program management.
  • Proven ability to develop and scale repeatable marketing processes, workflows, and operational systems.
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives involving marketing, sales, analytics, and external partners.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, pipeline influence, audience targeting, and revenue-focused marketing strategies.
  • Experience using marketing and business systems such as CRM platforms, data tools, project management systems, and modern AI-enabled technologies.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence teams at multiple levels.
  • Experience managing vendors, agencies, or external partners to deliver high-quality marketing programs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple concurrent projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively to enhance marketing operations and productivity.
