The Senior GTM Strategy & Operations Manager will serve as a key operational partner for the partner ecosystem, owning critical processes while driving strategic initiatives that improve scalability, efficiency, and business impact.
- Own core Channel Operations activities, becoming a trusted operational resource with a deep understanding of the go-to-market model, systems, and partner ecosystem.
- Partner with Channel leadership and cross-functional teams to define and improve the long-term operating model and operational strategy.
- Lead strategic initiatives across partner programs, including deal registration, partner attribution, pricing strategy, territory and account governance, Rules of Engagement, and partner lifecycle management.
- Design and implement scalable processes, governance frameworks, and reporting structures that simplify operations and improve partner and seller experiences.
- Analyze complex business challenges, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and balance immediate priorities with long-term scalability.
- Build strong relationships across Sales, Channel, Revenue Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Business Systems teams.
- Drive initiatives from planning through execution, tracking results and continuously improving operational effectiveness.
- Develop operational insights and reporting mechanisms that enable better decision-making and predictable revenue growth.
- Act as both a strategic advisor and hands-on operator, supporting leadership with recommendations and execution support.
The ideal candidate is an experienced GTM operations professional with strong analytical skills, business judgment, and a proven ability to build scalable operating models in a dynamic B2B environment.
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Channel Operations, Partner Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a related field within a B2B SaaS organization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage both operational execution and strategic planning, using insights to create scalable business solutions.
- Experience designing and improving channel-related programs such as partner operations, deal registration, partner attribution, partner lifecycle management, territory governance, or related processes.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to turn ambiguous challenges into clear strategies, recommendations, and measurable outcomes.
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Experience partnering with Business Systems and Analytics teams to develop reporting, processes, and operational infrastructure.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and modern go-to-market technologies; experience with partner relationship management platforms is a plus.
- Previous experience in Channel Sales or Channel Account Management is preferred.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and build new capabilities from the ground up.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and levels of an organization.
