As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing the product strategy while coordinating an AI-enabled development lifecycle. You will ensure alignment between business objectives, technical execution, and innovative operating models, creating a scalable and efficient product delivery environment.
- Define, maintain, and evolve product specifications, documentation, and Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Own the end-to-end product scope, roadmap, priorities, and delivery strategy.
- Lead the development of a digital platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Optimize and maintain software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices, ensuring quality, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Map value streams and manage dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Orchestrate workflows between human teams and AI agents to improve collaboration and productivity.
- Establish governance practices for AI-driven development processes and ensure effective decision-making between people and intelligent systems.
- Monitor the health and efficiency of the SDLC within an environment supported by AI technologies.
- Promote innovation, operational excellence, and continuous evolution of product practices.
The ideal candidate is a product and technology leader with experience building digital products and managing modern software delivery environments. You should have strong expertise in product strategy, agile methodologies, and AI-enabled development approaches.
- Proven experience in product management, digital product development, or technology leadership roles.
- Experience building and managing products within an AI-driven or agentic software development lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap management, and end-to-end product ownership.
- Experience creating product specifications, PRDs, and defining clear product requirements.
- Ability to manage complex dependencies across teams and stakeholders.
- Experience establishing governance models and improving software delivery processes.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
- Ability to coordinate workflows between human contributors and AI-based agents.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
