  • Coordinate engagement with local, state, tribal, territorial, and federal public safety partners to gather operational requirements, facilitate technical discussions, and document actionable outcomes for improving first responder communications capabilities

  • Lead and support activities related to operationalizing communication technologies, including facilitating stakeholder workshops, synthesizing field input, and integrating operational needs into program decision‑making

  • Manage and support development and delivery of high‑quality program documentation, including briefings, reports, project plans, decision packages, and executive‑level summaries

  • Maintain effective coordination across mission units, technical SMEs, and external partners to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and support integrated program execution

  • Support governance processes by preparing program artifacts, maintaining audit‑ready documentation, tracking action items, and documenting programmatic decisions and rationales

  • Monitor contract performance, identify risks or emerging challenges, recommend mitigation strategies, and support continuous improvement across program activities

  • Carry out our Commitments to Deliver, Grow, and Thrive

Location:

You will work as part of a primarily remote team, with occasional in-person meetings at headquarters locations in Washington, DC; Reston, VA; Arlington, VA; or Boulder, CO.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience, including managing or leading analytics, reporting, or data-driven programs

  • Experience overseeing scope, schedule, and delivery of complex work

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior leadership

  • Experience supporting federal government programs or large, multi-stakeholder initiatives
