PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR - METAL FINISHING

Dynomax, Inc is expanding! Our Metal Finishing team, is growing and we are seeking a Project Administrator who will guide the projects through to completion, ensuring client needs are met according to the project plan and requirements. This is a great opportunity for a highly organized individual with a strong manufacturing background who is ready to take the next step in their career. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
Project Administrator Responsibilities include:
- Carry out project action items as defined by the Project Manager
- Participate in project specific meetings/take meeting notes
- Create customer Pro Forma invoicing and send, receive and process purchase orders
- Review of invoices with accounting to ensure all information is correct before sending to customers.
- Follow-up with appropriate departments to assure products and processes are progressing to meet the customer’s needs.
- Create and maintain sale order documentation in both Epicor and paper files
- Maintain the monthly goal spreadsheet
- Interface with customers and suppliers to obtain product specific information
- Maintain project history electronically and hard copies (when applicable)
- Notify engineering team of revision changes on job-related documentation
What we are looking for in a Project Administrator:
- Knowledge of administrative procedures such as word processing and managing files and records
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Ability to effectively communicate with external vendors, suppliers, customers and internal employees at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced knowledge of Excel and/or spreadsheets
- Ability to manage tasks with aggressive deadlines
