This role is an opportunity to support a growing community of retail investors within a fast-paced financial technology environment.
You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact, helping investors navigate account questions, products, and investment strategies.
The position combines high-quality customer service with opportunities to improve processes, technology, and operational efficiency.
You’ll develop expertise in alternative investments and learn to communicate complex financial concepts with clarity and confidence.
You’ll also evaluate AI-powered support tools and identify ways to improve responses and the overall investor experience.
Success in this role requires strong communication, attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for a high volume of retail investors, responding to account questions, resolving issues, and maintaining a consistently high standard of service.
- Develop a strong understanding of investment products, structures, and strategies to provide investors with accurate, clear, and confident support.
- Communicate complex financial and investment concepts in an accessible and professional manner across written and verbal channels.
- Evaluate AI-powered customer support tools and responses, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve service quality, accuracy, and team efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop scalable processes and systematic approaches that strengthen investor support as the customer base grows.
- Manage multiple priorities with accuracy and responsiveness while maintaining strong coordination with colleagues.
- Contribute ideas and insights that enhance the overall investor experience, customer retention, and operational effectiveness.
- 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of how proactive, positive customer service contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and confidently.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Ability to work independently while remaining closely connected and collaborative within a team environment.
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn about financial products, investment strategies, and alternative investments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous customer service experience within real estate or financial services is a plus.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, initiative, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Salary: $55,000–$75,000 annually.
