Shared Services- Transactions Rep

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Shared Services-Transactions Rep based in United States.

This role supports essential HR shared-services operations by ensuring employee data and transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
You’ll help manage key moments across the employee lifecycle, including new-hire onboarding and ongoing employee data changes.
Working across HR systems, you’ll maintain data integrity while following established processes, service levels, and quality standards.
The position combines administrative precision with problem-solving, collaboration, and a strong service mindset.
You’ll use process documentation and knowledge resources to resolve routine requests and identify when additional expertise is needed.
Your attention to detail will directly contribute to a smooth and positive experience for employees and internal stakeholders.
This is a full-time remote opportunity suited to an organized, dependable professional who enjoys structured, high-volume work.

Accountabilities:
  • Process accurate and timely employee data transactions across HR shared-services systems, including Oracle and ServiceNow.
  • Complete standard employee data changes, corrections, and lifecycle transactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and data integrity.
  • Support transaction activities that contribute to effective new-hire onboarding and a seamless employee experience.
  • Use established knowledge bases, process maps, job aids, and other resources to complete transactions consistently and efficiently.
  • Review data and identify discrepancies through established data integrity audits, making appropriate corrections or escalating issues when necessary.
  • Escalate complex, unusual, or policy-related transactions to Senior Specialists or the appropriate internal contact.
  • Document recurring issues, resolutions, and process information to help improve and expand available knowledge resources.
  • Seek clarification on policies and procedures when needed and ensure transactions are completed according to established guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to meet service-level expectations and broader business performance goals.
  • Demonstrate initiative in identifying opportunities to improve transaction processes and the overall service experience.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous data entry, administrative, HR operations, or shared-services experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to work comfortably with digital systems and business applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on accuracy when handling employee information and transactions.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage recurring tasks and competing priorities.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative and a personal commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to follow established procedures while exercising sound judgment about when to seek clarification or escalate an issue.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, service-oriented environment with defined performance and service-level expectations.
