- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate operational requirements into effective software configurations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working directly with senior customer stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Highly proactive and comfortable taking ownership without relying on detailed instructions or established playbooks.

- Comfortable challenging customer requests or assumptions constructively while maintaining positive relationships.
- Strong software configuration skills; advanced technical or coding expertise is not required, although technical capability is an advantage.

- Home office budget to support an effective remote setup.
- Team-building events and opportunities to connect with colleagues.
- Opportunity to work with enterprise customers across a broad range of industries.
- Significant autonomy and ownership over customer implementations.
- Direct exposure to product and engineering teams, with the opportunity to influence product development.
- Inclusive environment that values ownership, open communication, diverse perspectives, and innovation.
