Location: Lebanon, PA

Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM (Overtime & weekend availability as needed)

Pay & Job Type: $19.50 Hourly / Full-Time, Variable

You'll manage label inventory, maintain secure operations, and work with tech systems in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Generate & Verify Labels: Print, verify, and issue accurate product/barcode labels to production lines based on customer specifications and GMP standards.
• Manage Inventory: Track, count, and adjust label stock using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and perform monthly inventory audits.
• Maintain Security & Quality: Keep the label room secure, ensure labeling precision, and report any discrepancies promptly to Quality Control.
• Support the Team: Collaborate with Production, IT, and Quality teams to ensure smooth shift transitions and reliable operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office software.
• Key Traits: High attention to detail, reliability, good time management, and strong organizational skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and comfortably lift up to 20 lbs.
