THIS IS A RELIEF SLOT SUPERVISOR POSITION

Under the direct supervision of the Sr. Operations Manager, this position is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day activities of Slot Operations while fostering a safe, welcoming, and high‑performance work environment for all employees.

The Slot Operations Supervisor ensures consistent adherence to company policies and procedures, leads by example, supports a culture of learning, and assists in the implementation of new operational initiatives that enhance the guest and employee experience.

Key Accountabilities

Monitors all slot activities, assigns shift responsibilities, and provides input for employee performanceParticipates in the rollout and execution of slot operational and strategic initiatives objectives and evaluations Verifies, documents, and reconciles all counts with accuracy and attention to detailResponds to concerns, resolves issues promptly, or escalates matters when appropriateConfirms notable jackpots and ensures compliance with regulatory and procedural requirementsParticipates in the implementation of slot operation strategic plansVerifies, documents and reconciles all countsResponds to, resolves or escalates issues as requiredLiaises and communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departmentsDevelops and maintains strong working relationships with guests, ownership, and employeesComplies with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulationsPerforms other duties as assigned or directed
