Inside Sales in Melville, New York at Mortgage Management Consultants

MMC Lending is looking for a hungry, high-energy Inside Loan Officer to work exclusive inbound leads generated by our marketing team. This is a phone sales role built for someone who knows how to move fast, build urgency, and convert warm opportunities into applications.

This is not a cold-calling job. You’ll be working inbound leads from borrowers actively looking for financing. Mortgage experience is helpful, but it is not required. What matters most is strong phone sales ability, confidence, follow-up, and the ability to close.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to inbound mortgage leads generated through PPC and direct marketing campaigns
• Speak with prospective borrowers by phone, text, and email
• Qualify borrowers and identify the best financing path based on their situation
• Present loan options clearly and move prospects into application
• Follow up aggressively and consistently to keep leads moving
• Overcome objections and create urgency
• Work closely with MMC Lending’s internal production support team from application through closing
• Keep CRM and LOS updated with accurate notes and pipeline activity
• Hit performance goals tied to response time, applications, locks, and funded volume
