contractors in multiple states. We are looking for a skilled Production Tech Assist, AVL with expertise in Lighting, Audio, and Video to join our team and support Production effectively.

What You’ll Do

Join the Revel Dance Convention’s Production Team on the Reflection Tour

Reporting to Revel’s Production Manager, the Production - AV Lighting Tech, will join us on an exhilarating journey with the Revel Dance Convention's Reflection Tour. We are seeking highly motivated and technically skilled individuals with expertise in Lighting, Audio, and Video systems. This is an incredible opportunity to travel to approximately 43 cities across the country, as you support our dynamic production from October to May of the 2026-2027 season. As part of our team, you will travel via flights from Wednesday evenings to Monday mornings on select weekends, working with two semi trucks that will facilitate our dual tour pathways. Our production features a main stage designed for competition and performances, breakout rooms tailored for classes, video capture of competition and more. 🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Production Supervisor & Production Manager with the Load In & Outs with local crew.
• Take Lead on staging every weekend with the local crew every weekend.
• Keeping count of all staging elements to ensure safety of the stage build.
• Setting Up BO rooms every event.
• Ensure the Main stage rigging is complete and assist set up all production elements.
• Ensure all video equipment is in good condition ready to perform every weekend.
• Report any production issue related item to the Leads.
• Troubleshoot production issues onsite during competition or convention if necessary.
• Operating Lighting Consoles, Cameras and Video during competition and convention.
• Install and configure LED video wall systems, including panel assembly, signal distribution, end-to-end signal flow and operation with Revolume.

• In this role you will be expected to commit to all tour dates.

🫱🏻‍🫲🏾 Qualifications & Competencies

• 1-3+ Years Experience with show and entertainment production.
• Touring. Lighting operation, Audio operation & Video operation.
• Staging operation is highly recommended.
• Familiar with Consoles and Softwares such as GrandMA 2, PreSonus, BlackMagic, ProPresenter & MIMO Live.
• Has great Team work skills and Communication Skills.

💵 Compensation Range:

Compensation is competitive and aligned with experience, expertise and scope of responsibility. Compensation starts at $28.00/ hour.
