2. Pay Rate: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
3. 12-Hour Shifts Available

Position Summary

XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking reliable, hardworking, and punctual individuals to join our team as a Forklift Operator / Material Handler. This position involves operating a forklift, handling raw materials and finished goods, and loading and unloading shipments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility.
2. Handle dunnage, raw materials, and finished products.
3. Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
4. Transport materials between the plant and off-site warehouse locations.
5. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
6. Follow all company safety procedures and policies.

Qualifications

1. Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
2. Prior forklift operating experience required.
3. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
6. Ability to work long shifts and maintain productivity.
7. Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
8. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.

Schedule

Rotation: 3 Days On / 2 Days Off

Day Shifts

A Shift & C Shift

6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Night Shifts

B Shift & D Shift

6:45 PM - 7:15 AM
