Weekday Daytime Caregiver (CNA/PCA/HHA) in Richmond, Virginia at Trove Home Care

Trove Home Care is hiring certified CNAs, PCAs, and HHAs who are available for recurring 4–6 hour shifts during the weekday. This opportunity is ideal for caregivers looking to build a consistent daytime schedule with one-on-one clients in their homes on a part-time basis.

• $18–$25/hour depending on experience, certification, and client assignment
• Recurring 4–6 hour weekday shifts
• One-on-one care in a client’s home
• 24/7 support from a responsive, local team
• Time and a half pay for holidays and overtime
• Mileage reimbursement during client shifts
• Small, locally owned team environment

Depending on the needs of your assigned client, responsibilities may include:

• Companionship and supervision
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance
• Bathing and toileting assistance
• Mobility, ambulation, and transfer support
• Feeding assistance
• Other non-medical personal care needs

• Current CNA, PCA, or HHA certification
• Availability for recurring 4–6 hour shifts Monday–Friday
• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Strong communication skills with clients, families, and team members
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
• Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation
• Ability to pass a background check and MVR screening
