You will be responsible for supporting daily bookkeeping operations and ensuring financial records are accurate, up to date, and well-maintained across core accounting systems.
- Process and record daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and consistency in bookkeeping records
- Maintain organized financial documentation and support ongoing transaction tracking and reconciliation
- Utilize QuickBooks to manage accounting entries and ensure efficient bookkeeping workflows
- Assist in reducing workload by supporting day-to-day financial administration tasks
- Ensure timely reporting and updates of financial data in line with internal requirements
- Support data accuracy across Excel and Google Sheets for financial reporting purposes

- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting support roles
- Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks
