The Senior Director, Partner Insights will build and lead a team responsible for transforming complex partner data into actionable insights.
You will define the metrics, models, and reporting frameworks that guide partner investments, revenue strategies, and executive priorities.
Working across Data & Analytics, Finance, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Business Development teams, you will serve as a trusted strategic advisor.
The role combines advanced analytics leadership, financial modeling, and executive storytelling to drive measurable business outcomes.

The Senior Director, Partner Insights will own the analytics vision for partner performance, creating trusted data foundations and delivering insights that support strategic investments. This role requires strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Lead and develop the Partner Insights team, establishing the analytics roadmap, priorities, standards, and quality expectations.
- Build Partner Insights into the authoritative source for partner performance metrics, definitions, and reporting frameworks.
- Drive adoption of AI-enabled analytics and self-service BI capabilities, including governed semantic models that enable consistent reporting and AI-supported decision-making.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and analytical frameworks to support partner strategy, investment decisions, and executive planning.
- Analyze business development funnels from lead generation through deal closure to identify revenue optimization opportunities.
- Partner with Revenue Operations on channel performance analysis, technology partner insights, and commission model evaluations.
- Own partner-related reporting for executive reviews, board materials, and strategic presentations.
- Translate partner ecosystem performance data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for leadership teams.
- Collaborate with Finance on planning, budgeting, forecasting, and target-setting initiatives.
- Work closely with Marketing to analyze partner-sourced pipeline, campaigns, lead quality, and conversion performance.
- Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams to ensure data models, pipelines, and analytics platforms support business needs.
- Establish best practices for analytics governance, reporting consistency, and data-driven decision-making.
The ideal candidate is an experienced analytics leader with a strong background in business intelligence, financial analysis, and strategic decision support. They should have proven success building high-performing teams, partnering with executives, and leveraging modern data platforms to drive business growth.
- 12+ years of experience in analytics, FP&A, business intelligence, or related leadership roles.
- Experience in SaaS, technology platforms, or high-growth business environments is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record leading analytics teams that operate as strategic business partners.
- Strong ability to translate complex data into financial models, business cases, and executive-level recommendations.
- Experience working with Data Engineering and Analytics Engineering teams in modern data environments.
- Experience developing semantic layers, self-service BI solutions, and scalable analytics frameworks.
- Understanding of AI applications in analytics workflows, reporting, and business decision support.
- Demonstrated ability to manage global, cross-functional stakeholders and influence teams without direct authority.
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and team-building capabilities.
- MBA or advanced business degree is a plus.
- Advanced SQL skills required.
- Strong Python experience preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or equivalent platforms.
- Familiarity with modern BI tools such as Hex, Omni, or similar analytics platforms preferred.
- Experience collaborating with ELT and data pipeline technologies such as Fivetran is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for executive reporting and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
