About Renew Health + Recovery:

Renew Health + Recovery provides in-home and virtual substance use disorder treatment, bringing personalized care directly to clients where they live. Our model is designed to support lasting recovery by helping clients build healthier lives while staying connected to their families, communities, and everyday routines. We currently serve clients across 11 states, with a team committed to making high-quality treatment more accessible. We offer a holistic approach to treatment and change the way clients receive care throughout the country. Our program is a year-long, home based, addiction treatment program that works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assist clients in their first year of recovery.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Renew Health + Recovery's in-home addiction treatment (IHAT) program within the client’s home and community environment.
  • Collaborate with the addiction treatment team to coordinate individualized, holistic client care
  • Independently manages client caseload and appointments
  • Submit timely clinical documentation in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
  • Demonstrate understanding of stages of change and ability to incorporate them into client care
  • Provide personal experience and guidance to clients through early and sustained recovery
  • Develop wellness recovery action plan (WRAP) with client; coordinate with team regarding treatment planning
  • Participate in case review, supervision, team meetings, SWAT, continuing education, and any other meetings identified by the team
  • Mentor new employees as assigned
  • Must be open and flexible to working nights and weekends, when required
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must actively reside within a 30-mile radius of the Kokomo, Indiana area.
  • Reliable transportation along with a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
  • Minimum of 2 years of lived experience in continuous recovery from any substance use disorder (SUD) and/or personal experience with addiction in family members or loved ones
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • CAC, DARC, RCA, CPRS, CRSW, or other state Peer Recovery Specialist license is preferred but not required
