What You'll DoAs a Child Care Associate, you will play an important role in supporting children’s development while creating a safe and welcoming environment for learning and exploration.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing attentive care and active supervision to children.
- Maintaining a physically and emotionally safe environment where children feel supported and valued.
- Planning and maintaining consistent daily routines that encourage learning, growth, and positive behavior.
- Using supportive guidance and positive redirection techniques to promote classroom management and social development.
- Responding promptly and appropriately to children's individual needs as they arise.
- Assisting with the implementation of age-appropriate activities and programming.
- Building positive, trusting relationships with children, families, school personnel, and fellow staff members.
- Supporting a collaborative team environment focused on providing exceptional care and educational experiences.

Requirements:Preferred qualifications, skills and experience:
- Experience with the Primary Years Program or early childhood education
- Language Fluency in Spanish, French, or Mandarin
- International outlook and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations
- Strong interpersonal skills
