Irontek is a collaborative coworking space that supports small businesses, startups, and entrepreneurs through a network of local partnerships, educational organizations, and business accelerators like gener8tor’s gBETA program. In this dual-focused role, the Community Manager blends service leadership with strategic execution, building an inclusive, high-energy environment where innovation thrives. They will lead the day-to-day member experience, implement sales and retention strategies, and serve as a connector within the greater Stateline entrepreneurial ecosystem.

BE THE CEO OF YOUR JOB

As the Irontek Member Coordinator, you are responsible for working directly with the Community Manager to achieve membership goals, enhance Irontek’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, and build a solid brand presence in the Stateline area and beyond. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join the Irontek team!

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work covers more than one discipline and is in-depth.
  • Thoroughly understands interdependencies of role and provides guidance for entry level roles.
  • Must be able to work Saturdays as needed.
  • Establish a solid understanding of Irontek’s mission and be able to speak fluently about the benefit of membership and other service offerings.
  • Enthusiastically greet members and guests, provide tours and answer questions about the facility
  • Help onboard new members to ensure a smooth transition into the Irontek community.
  • Contribute to monthly occupancy and revenue goals through support of membership growth strategies.
  • Promote Irontek’s offerings by managing and updating its website, social media platforms, event calendars, and email campaigns.
  • Assist in the execution of organic digital marketing initiatives.
  • Help plan and staff community events, networking sessions, and open houses to drive engagement and visibility.
  • Assist with other marketing and promotional activities (press releases, e-newsletters, etc.)
  • Support CRM data entry, lead tracking, and sales follow-up processes in coordination with the Community Manager.
  • Maintain a clean, professional environment in Irontek’s common areas and manage conference room and podcast studio reservations.
  • Assist the Community Manager in streamlining internal processes and strategizing opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Actively look for opportunities to improve internal processes and member satisfaction.
  • Work with the Community Manager to plan and execute events that will benefit existing members, the community, and potential new members.
  • Understand basic accounting principles.
  • Support invoicing, account management, and basic reporting functions under the direction of the Community Manager.
  • Manage the office independently if the Community Manager is out of office.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Experience and/or Training

  • Self-motivated
  • Effective time management skills
  • Passion for helping the local entrepreneurial community
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proper phone etiquette and customer service skills.

Technology/Equipment

  • Microsoft office with proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Technology/Equipment

  • Mailchimp/Constant Contact and/or graphic design experience

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• U.S. Work Authorization
