About This Position
General Summary:
The Property Supervisor is a live-in position for Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin. This role oversees the daily management and property maintenance. This role is key in maintaining the community and supports Goodwill's mission of providing affordable, accessible housing for individuals with disabilities or aging adults, promoting independence and a high quality of life.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Residential Property Manager and maintenance staff to ensure the property is well-maintained.
- Ensure the building and grounds remain safe, clean, and habitable by overseeing preventive maintenance checks and the housekeeping of common areas.
- Regularly and promptly respond to tenant concerns by assessing all service requests, repairing as capable and reporting service requests appropriately.
- Helps problem solve and deescalate situations.
- Performs required routine safety checks and maintains records.
- Assist tenants with annual application.
- Collect rent and maintain necessary records.
- Works independently and makes day to day decisions without close supervision.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Drive for Results: Knowledge of basic building maintenance, general housekeeping techniques and procedures.

Travel Required: No
Compensation: Fixed Monthly Stipend and free on-Site apartment.
Required Education and/or Work Experience:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 1 year of related work experience in a human service setting or housing management position.
