This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Analyst – Mid-Level based in Brazil.

As a Mid-Level AI Analyst, you will help design and implement intelligent data systems that bring advanced AI capabilities into real-world business solutions.
You’ll work with Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, and modern data-processing technologies.
The role combines AI engineering, data architecture, machine learning, and problem-solving to build scalable and reliable solutions.
You’ll design data pipelines that support model training and inference while improving how information is stored, retrieved, and understood.
Working closely with technical teams and business stakeholders, you’ll translate complex challenges into practical, data-driven solutions.
You’ll also contribute to troubleshooting, technical documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement across AI and data initiatives.

• Design and implement complex data systems incorporating Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, and intelligent data-processing capabilities.
• Develop efficient strategies for information storage and retrieval using vector databases, embeddings, and machine learning techniques.
• Build and optimize semantic search and data-access solutions to improve the availability and usability of information.
• Design and maintain data pipelines that feed machine learning models and support efficient training and inference processes.
• Work with batch and streaming data-processing technologies to build scalable and reliable data workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across data and AI systems using monitoring tools, log analysis, debugging, and systematic problem-solving.
• Contribute to the optimization, reliability, and performance of AI and data solutions.
• Prepare analytical and technical reports for business teams, providing insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Communicate technical concepts and proposed solutions clearly to engineering teams, stakeholders, and other business areas.
• Collaborate actively on data and AI projects, contributing to technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience working on artificial intelligence projects.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Scala, or comparable languages.
• Knowledge of cloud-based AI services, particularly Amazon Bedrock and/or Azure OpenAI.
• Experience with batch and streaming data-processing technologies such as Apache Spark, Kafka, Flink, or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL, as well as non-relational / NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI model fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and machine learning techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to investigate technical issues independently.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions clearly and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
