Description: Assembly and Production Worker

Report to: Plant Supervisor

Shifts: 1st Shift available (7am-3:30pm) M-F, and rarely a Saturday

2nd Shift Available (3:30pm-Midnight) M-F, and rarely a Saturday

**2nd Shift jobs come with a $2 per hour shift differential

Hourly Rate: Our hourly rate for new employees is based on experience and is a range as follows:

$14.50 - $18.50

**If you’re a hard worker and you come to work and do a good job and are dependable, you will be given raises frequently.

**A raise comes after your first 90 days and then evaluations every 6 months after that

2. We provide training and strive for all workers to get cross trained on different jobs in the plant

3. We frequently move workers to different positions during a shift depending on parts demand so that they can learn new positions

-Perform Safety checks

-Communicate with Supervisors and Operators from all shifts

-Clean and maintain work area

-When training is complete, provide on the job training to new employees

-Operate within Standard Work Instructions, Operator Check Sheets, Process Maps, and Safety Rules.

-Operate hand jacks, testing equipment, forklifts, gauges, and fixtures

-Print Production Tickets, Verify Operator Check Sheets, and document Process Sheets

-Every worker is responsible for Quality Control. No damaged product is sent out. No damaged raw material is used

-Able to meet established cycle times to meet the production requirements of our customers, which we monitor daily

-Offer Full Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance after a probationary period

-Get paid weekly on Friday

Requirements

Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 40lbs

• Manual dexterity required for assembling. (Some: Pinching, Pulling, Gripping, Reaching, Stooping, Bending, Vibratory Tools & Repetitive Motion.)
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required
