The RoleWe are looking for an adaptable, team-oriented Utility / Production Float to join our 1st Shift operations. This role is the backbone of our operational resilience and fits directly into our Agile Staffing model. As a Float, you will participate in mandatory multifunctional cross-training, learning how to operate and support various stations across the production floor. By training teammates across departments, we ensure that a talent gap in one area can be immediately filled by existing, highly-skilled staff. You will be paired with our veteran experts through our training program, ensuring you learn the ropes from the best in the business.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide reliable support across various production and machining departments as daily operational needs dictate.Actively engage in mandatory multifunctional cross-training to build your skill set across the facility.Strictly adhere to our safety standards, engaging in proactive hazard reporting to maintain a zero-incident environment.
Assist in maintaining high-precision standards and reducing waste across all assigned workstations.
Go above and beyond to support your colleagues and contribute to a positive culture.Experience: Entry-level position; however, some prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment is required.
