Position Overview
We are seeking BCBAs, LMHCs, and LMFTs to join our expanding team. This role offers flexible schedules, partial remote work, and opportunities for leadership growth. You’ll provide high-quality, individualized clinical services while helping shape the future of care in our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and implement individualized Behavior Plans (BASPs)
- Deliver services in homes, ADT programs, and community settings
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Assistants
- Collaborate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications
- Active BCBA, LMHC, or LMFT license (Florida)
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Eligible for Level II Background Screening
Preferred: Medicaid Waiver knowledge, bilingual (Spanish, English)
