Description Job Code :AINC17506 Job Title : Agile Coach We have partnered witha large software manufacturer in theMiami, FLarea to provide them with anAgile Coach. This role will bebased out of theglobal headquarters in Miami, Florida (when safe to do so). Responsibilities of the Agile Coach: • Perform ongoing assessments of teams, programs to support continuous improvement • Helpdevelop, shepherd and execute implementation and improvement roadmaps •Develop and lead training and implementation methods across the organization • Help ensure understanding of organizational levers that drive adaptiveness • Partner withScrum Masters, Product Owners and Product Managers to help them develop within their agile roles • Helpdevelop and lead and/or facilitate workshops around value-stream mapping, user & persona creation, product road-mapping or team launchetc. • Help teams continuouslyreflect and improve in becoming more effective in their roles and increasing their predictability, teamwork and practices • Able tohelp strategize, execute and support change across an organization •Leading execution & providing insight, innovation and expertise to meet or exceed client expectations and achieve goals • Focus on delivering maximum value related to client needs and goals, actively managing expectations Requirements of the Agile Coach: •Scrum Master Certification (CSP, PSM1, PMI-ACP, SA or equivalent)required •SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) preferred •3+ years of overall agile experience in an agile team role: scrum master, product owner or team member • Demonstrated experience withagile transformation, organizational design and/or business agility transformation • Established experience withcoaching, mentoring, and training teams in most aspects of agile and agile software delivery methods • Experience leading software development efforts for large scale web applications usingagile & lean methodologies •Bachelor’s degreeor comparable training and experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Disability insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Retirement plan * Vision insurance
