This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Trainer in the United States.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the effectiveness and readiness of multiple go-to-market teams through high-impact training and enablement programs. You will design and deliver onboarding and ongoing learning experiences that help sales, business development, and pre-sales teams ramp faster and perform at a higher level. Acting as both a facilitator and enablement strategist, you will partner closely with sales leadership to reinforce key behaviors, methodologies, and messaging consistency. You will also contribute to the evolution of scalable learning paths, certification programs, and sales playbooks that support long-term performance improvement. - Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing enablement programs across sales, business development, and pre-sales teams
- Develop structured learning paths, certification programs, and reinforcement frameworks to improve sales effectiveness
- Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, including onboarding cohorts and in-person sessions when required
- Build and maintain enablement content such as playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and product training materials
- Partner with Sales Managers to reinforce key behaviors through coaching and continuous learning programs
- Support rollout of product launches, GTM initiatives, and sales methodology adoption such as MEDDPICC
- Assist in the administration and optimization of enablement tools including Gong, Outreach, Mindtickle, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Gather feedback and measure program effectiveness using performance metrics such as ramp time and sales productivity
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between training programs and revenue goals
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or related roles in a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment
- Previous experience in sales or technical sales strongly preferred
- Experience supporting onboarding and continuous learning programs for GTM teams
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or similar frameworks
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills with confidence in front of sales audiences
- Experience working with sales enablement tools such as Gong, Outreach, Mindtickle, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Ability to partner effectively with Sales Managers and cross-functional GTM teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate training impact and iterate programs based on data
- Willingness to travel periodically for onboarding sessions and sales events
