ROLE SUMMARY:

Line Tech is responsible for the cleaning of draught lines in our retail accounts, making sure to adhere to all AB and EDI standards. Also responsible for making sure that POS is clean and working properly.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Notify on-premises accounts of new draft items and servicesFollow scheduled route and cleaning frequencyTap kegs and verify quality of product

Install lines as necessaryRead and follow directions for mixing the cleaning chemicals.Clean tavern heads, tap handle,faucetand other parts as required by AB and EDI standards.Ensure all permanent POS is clean and in working order at each locationEnsure product is rotated for first in and first out by date codeKeep back stock in neat and orderly condition.Track and documentdateall lines are cleaned and keepan accuraterecord for each retail account.Keep companyvehiclesclean inside and out.Document cleaning and maintenance on company handhelds.All other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS
