Belay Technologies is seeking highly skilled and motivated analysts to support mission-critical Intelligence Community (IC) programs. We are currently hiring for multiple analyst positions, including Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNA), Digital Network Exploitation Analysts (DNEA), Exploitation Analysts (EA), and Cyber Network Defense Analysts (CNDA).

Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA)We are hiring multiple Target Digital Network Analysts (TDNA) to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to ensure target continuity, profile targets and activities, and develop methods to expand target access and intelligence collection.
Responsibilities- Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate intelligence insights and leads.
- Ensure target continuity, profile targets and activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information.
- Maintain databases supporting targeting, tasking, and analysis functions.
- Identify intelligence gaps and tailor collection efforts to close those gaps.
- Apply agency tool knowledge and understanding of Intelligence Community missions and requirements.
- Collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared mission understanding and intelligence solutions.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Experience or understanding of agency tools.
- Additional relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
- Experience in intelligence analysis, including target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, and customer tool sets/databases.
- Foreign language proficiency may be considered toward meeting experience requirements.
Belay Technologies is hiring Digital Network Exploitation Analysts (DNEA) to evaluate target opportunities and plan network exploitation activities using all-source intelligence to develop effective operational strategies.
Responsibilities- Evaluate target opportunities using all-source intelligence to understand and map target networks.
- Assist in developing detailed exploitation and operational plans.
- Analyze SIGINT and cybersecurity data across multiple levels of the OSI network stack.
- Apply knowledge of logical and physical IP core infrastructure, communication devices, network connectivity, and traffic movement.
- Analyze collection data to guide tasking decisions, identify collection issues, and improve operational effectiveness.
- Develop new tradecraft and methodologies as technologies and target environments evolve.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
- Experience or direct knowledge of agency tools.
- Strong understanding of IP network infrastructure, devices, and traffic flows.
- Experience with SIGINT collection, target development, and tasking processes.
- Ability to analyze collection data and develop exploitation strategies.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into actionable intelligence.
- Monitor, detect, analyze, and respond to cybersecurity threats and incidents.
- Conduct incident investigations and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Perform threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and security monitoring.
- Support defensive cyber operations and continuous monitoring activities.
- Maintain awareness of emerging cyber threats and adversary tactics.
- Experience in cybersecurity, incident response, network defense, or information assurance.
- Knowledge of security tools, frameworks, and best practices.
- Familiarity with network protocols, operating systems, and security monitoring platforms.
- Industry certifications such as Security+, CySA+, GCIH, CISSP, or similar are desirable.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required for applicable positions.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mission-focused environment.

Several factors influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, education, specific skills and competencies and certifications. Belay offers a competitive total compensation package that includes benefits and perks, a flexible work-life balance, and career development. Salary Range: $98,000.00 to $240,000.00
