Executive Lounge - Hotel in Mandau Talawang at Nadi Talent Group

We are partnering with a prestigious luxury hospitality group to recruit professional and service-oriented Executive Lounge Attendants to join a high-standard hotel operation.

This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering refined service, understand 5-star standards, and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

• Provide exclusive, private check-in and check-out services within the lounge, ensuring a relaxed, seamless, and sophisticated transition for Club-level guests.

• Oversee the elegant setup and replenishment of all food and beverage presentations, including breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails, ensuring 5-star buffet and table-service standards.

• Act as a dedicated resource for lounge guests, managing restaurant bookings, flight reconfirmations, and local recommendations with expert-level knowledge.

• Assist business travelers with secretarial tasks, including printing, scanning, and the reservation of private meeting rooms within the lounge.

• Memorize the names and specific preferences (e.g., favorite drink, preferred newspaper, dietary restrictions) of frequent and long-stay guests to provide a truly tailored experience.

• Maintain a serene, clutter-free, and upscale environment at all times, including the clearing of tables, polishing of glassware, and organization of reading materials.

• Perform professional beverage service, including basic mixology and wine service, while ensuring the responsible service of alcohol in a refined setting.

• Liaise with the Kitchen and Housekeeping teams to ensure the lounge is always stocked with fresh delicacies and pristine linens/amenities.

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience as an Executive Lounge Attendant or in a similar role within a 5-star or luxury boutique hotel.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage.

• Proven ability to balance administrative front-office tasks (PMS/billing) with high-end Food & Beverage service skills.

• Impeccable grooming, elegant posture, and a calm, polished demeanor that aligns with the "private club" atmosphere of the lounge.

• Ability to remain active and on your feet, moving between guest tables and the service pantry while maintaining a composed exterior.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, welcoming presence.

• Basic knowledge of food hygiene, coffee preparation, and wine/spirit service is essential.
