Schedule: Monday-Friday+ rotating weekends
Compensation: $70,000 to $95,000 + uncapped earning potential! - Performance pay program

What You'll Do
  • Lead HVAC installation projects while delivering a five-star customer experience from start to finish
  • Install, replace, and commission residential heating, air conditioning, indoor air quality, and refrigeration systems according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
  • Educate homeowners on their new equipment, system operation, maintenance requirements, and available solutions to improve comfort, efficiency, and reliability
  • Serve as the lead installer on the job site, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and a professional customer experience
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the installation process, setting expectations and answering questions
  • Mentor and support installation team members, promoting teamwork, safety, and continuous development
  • Troubleshoot installation challenges and identify solutions to ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain strong communication with Dispatch, Parts, Installation Management, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Accurately complete project documentation, material usage, and required system records in company software
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle, tools, and work area
  • Follow all company policies, safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes
  • Participate in ongoing technical, safety, leadership, and customer service training
  • Represent the company professionally while building trust and long-term relationships with customers
  • Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • Proven HVAC installation experience with the ability to lead residential installation projects from start to finish
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • EPA Certification required; NATE Certification preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential HVAC systems, equipment, controls, electrical components, and installation best practices
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to educate homeowners and explain solutions in a clear, professional manner
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and delivering a five-star customer experience
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software preferred
  • HVAC trade school certification or associate degree preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and other residential environments
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
