This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic pricing expert who thrives on solving complex business challenges through data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will shape pricing and monetization strategies for a fast-evolving business focused on delivering measurable value to customers and partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Finance, Analytics, and Operations to develop scalable pricing frameworks, optimize revenue performance, and influence key commercial decisions. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to lead experiments, build business cases, and operationalize pricing initiatives at scale. Ideal candidates are analytical, collaborative, and highly comfortable navigating ambiguity while driving measurable growth outcomes. This fully remote role provides strong visibility, autonomy, and the chance to influence long-term business strategy in a dynamic and innovative environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead pricing strategy and optimization initiatives across products, customer segments, and go-to-market motions, including packaging, discounting, and monetization frameworks.
  • Develop data-driven pricing recommendations using customer value analysis, competitive intelligence, ROI modeling, market trends, and portfolio performance insights.
  • Identify and prioritize pricing opportunities that improve revenue growth, customer adoption, partner outcomes, and long-term business sustainability.
  • Build business cases, financial models, and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and commercial decision-making.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate pricing tests, pilots, and promotional strategies by defining success metrics and translating results into actionable recommendations.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Finance, Analytics, and Operations teams to operationalize pricing changes through systems, workflows, dashboards, and sales enablement materials.
  • Monitor pricing structures and customer agreements to ensure alignment with business objectives and evolving market conditions.
  • Contribute to pricing governance, process simplification, and the implementation of scalable pricing practices and operational frameworks.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in pricing strategy, monetization, revenue optimization, consulting, finance, strategy and operations, or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in pricing architecture, packaging, commercial strategy, and monetization models within B2B, SaaS, marketplace, media, advertising, proptech, or related industries.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with experience building business cases, conducting scenario analyses, and interpreting complex data sets.
  • Proven ability to independently lead strategic initiatives and operate as a subject matter expert in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience collaborating across Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Analytics teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and present strategic recommendations clearly to senior leadership.
  • Technical proficiency with SQL, advanced Excel or Google Sheets, AI tools, and business intelligence or experimentation frameworks.
  • Experience translating pricing strategy into scalable operational execution in partnership with systems, product, or go-to-market teams.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with practical execution and scalable implementation.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual base salary ranging approximately from $125,100 to $210,300 depending on location and experience
  • Eligibility for equity awards and long-term incentive opportunities
  • Fully remote work flexibility within the United States
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact strategic initiatives with executive visibility
  • Collaborative and innovative work environment focused on growth and continuous improvement
  • Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package
  • Career growth and professional development opportunities
  • Inclusive workplace culture that values diverse perspectives and non-traditional career paths
