This is a high-impact recruiting role within a fast-growing AI SaaS environment where talent acquisition plays a critical role in shaping business expansion. You will operate across technical, GTM, operational, and international hiring needs, working closely with leadership to build strong, scalable teams. The role combines full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, and talent advisory responsibilities in a dynamic and evolving organization. You will help build pipelines in new markets, support hiring during M&A integration, and ensure a consistently strong candidate experience. The environment is fast-paced, ambiguous at times, and highly collaborative, requiring both structure and adaptability. This is a role for someone who thrives in growth settings and enjoys solving complex hiring challenges across multiple functions and geographies.

Accountabilities

This role is responsible for end-to-end recruiting across technical, non-technical, and international hiring needs while supporting organizational growth, acquisitions, and evolving business priorities.

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Product, and DevOps across U.S. and global markets
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill roles using multi-channel sourcing strategies
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and business leaders to define role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Support hiring across GTM, G&A, and Operations functions as business needs shift
  • Conduct candidate screenings and assessments to evaluate technical capability, cultural fit, and role alignment
  • Support M&A recruiting efforts, including talent assessments, integration planning, and backfill hiring
  • Manage international recruiting processes while ensuring alignment with local hiring norms and compliance requirements
  • Own ATS processes, maintain hiring data integrity, and ensure a high-quality, structured candidate experience
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes
  • Continuously improve sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes as the organization scales
Requirements

This role requires a strong full-cycle recruiter with technical literacy, adaptability, and experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 2 years focused on technical hiring (Engineering, Data, ML, or Product)
  • Experience in high-growth environments such as SaaS, AI/ML, or enterprise technology strongly preferred
  • Exposure to M&A recruiting or talent integration is a strong plus
  • Experience recruiting across multiple geographies or international markets
  • Strong technical literacy with the ability to understand engineering roles and assess candidate fit effectively
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, SeekOut, etc.) and ATS platforms (preferably Rippling)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to represent the company professionally to candidates and stakeholders
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and adapting quickly to changing priorities
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and improving recruiting metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish is a plus
Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ($90,000–$105,000 range depending on experience and location)
  • Employer-paid health insurance for employees and dependents
  • Profit-sharing or incentive compensation opportunities
  • Unlimited PTO policy
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Short-term disability and life insurance coverage
  • Supportive, collaborative, and inclusive remote-first culture
  • Opportunities to contribute to social impact initiatives in education and tech access
  • Exposure to a fast-growing AI company with strong leadership experience across top-tier tech organizations
