What You'll Expect
As the Human Resources Manager, you’ll oversee and manage the daily operations of the Human Resources (HR) Department. You'll handle everything from recruiting to compliance, employee relations, and benefits — acting as a go-to partner for both employees and managers.
What You'll Do
- Manage the department’s day-to-day operations while guiding processes
- Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals
- Evaluate/suggest competitive compensation programs to attract and retain top talent
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Lead coaching, corrective counseling and performance evaluations for all Team Members
- Develop training programs to enhance Team Member competencies
- Aid in drafting, creating and updating policies and procedures
- Assist in budget creation, meeting revenue targets and managing expenses

What We Require
- 8+ years of Human Resources experience
- 3+ years in a Human Resources management role
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Management, or equivalent experience
