Human Resources Manager in Manchester, New Hampshire at Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority

Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. This individual must possess a Human Resources Certification (HRCI or SHRM) plus a minimum of five years’ experience in human resources administration as well as three years in a supervisory role. Must have strong organizational, computer, and clerical skills. Must have the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, as well as strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills necessary. Must act with integrity, professionalism and strict confidentiality. The ideal candidate possesses the ability and desire to interact with persons of diverse social, cultural and economic backgrounds.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Seven years or more experience working in the human resources administration. Full knowledge of all employment related laws and regulations. Ability to lead policy development.

Valid driver’s license required.
