- Lead monthly cost reconciliation and reporting processes to ensure billing accuracy, financial compliance, and prevention of revenue leakage.
- Partner closely with Accounts Receivable and cross-functional stakeholders to validate payroll-related costs and resolve invoicing discrepancies efficiently.
- Conduct Gross vs. Contra reconciliations and support accurate month-end closing activities, including accruals and financial reporting.
- Investigate complex cost variances and provide actionable insights to support operational and financial decision-making.
- Act as a subject matter expert for finance operations inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer billing processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate and enhance reconciliation workflows, improving scalability and operational efficiency across finance functions.
- Participate in and lead internal projects aimed at streamlining processes and strengthening end-to-end financial operations.
- Deliver ad-hoc financial analyses, scenario modeling, and reporting to support strategic initiatives and identify business risks and opportunities.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Financial Analysis, FP&A, Controlling, Financial Reporting, or related areas.
- Strong expertise in reconciliations, operational finance processes, and cost management within dynamic business environments.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets effectively.
- Hands-on experience with ERP or financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities in cross-functional and international environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt effectively in fast-paced, high-growth settings.
- Experience driving finance process improvements, workflow automation, or systems integrations is highly valued.
- Payroll finance experience, project management exposure, and familiarity with BI or data visualization tools are considered strong advantages.
- Fluent English skills and a reliable home internet connection are required.
