Job Description
Outside Sales Representative — Healthcare & Legal
AICA Orthopedics | Metro Atlanta Suburban Markets | Field-Based
Full-Time | $75,000–$100,000 Base + Performance Bonus | OTE Low-to-Mid $100s | Medical, Dental & Vision | 401(k) | PTO
The role
In AICA’s regional markets, one rep owns the whole territory — and that means two distinct but complementary channels: urgent care centers and personal injury attorneys.
Urgent care clinics see auto accident patients daily and don’t treat them. They need to send those patients somewhere — you make sure that somewhere is AICA. On the legal side, PI attorneys work with injured clients who need trusted medical care. You build the relationships that make AICA their first call.
This is a field-first, relationship-driven role that requires range — the ability to walk into an urgent care clinic in the morning with branded materials and a friendly face, and sit across from a PI attorney in the afternoon with professionalism and command of AICA’s care model. If you thrive on variety, human connection, and building something tangible in your community, this role was designed for you.
What you’ll do
Urgent care channel
- Make regular, in-person visits to urgent care centers across your territory — this is a show-up-and-be-seen role
- Build genuine relationships with front desk staff, medical assistants, clinic managers, and providers — the people who make referral decisions day to day
- Arrive prepared with branded materials and a consistent reason to be memorable — you will be equipped with the tools and resources to make every visit count
- Combat natural staff turnover by staying consistently visible — new faces at the front desk are an opportunity, not an obstacle
- Build relationships at the ownership and regional admin level to drive referral culture from the top down, not just one staff member at a time
Personal injury legal channel
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with PI attorneys and their staff throughout your territory
- Educate legal professionals on AICA’s care model and how it serves their clients through treatment and recovery
- Serve as a trusted, knowledgeable resource for attorneys navigating the medical side of personal injury cases
- Conduct regular outreach and account reviews with key legal partners to maintain and deepen relationships
Territory management
- Own both channels across your assigned territory — managing your time, schedule, and priorities independently
- Identify high-value accounts in both communities and develop strategies to deepen engagement
- Track all activity and partnership engagement in CRM (Salesforce preferred)
- Provide market intelligence back to leadership on competitive activity, territory trends, and growth opportunities
- Ensure patients from both channels receive a seamless handoff and positive first experience at AICA
Who you are
This role requires range. The right candidate:
- Is equally comfortable in a clinic break room and a law office conference room
- Genuinely enjoys being out in the field — a desk is not where you do your best work
- Builds rapport quickly and maintains relationships over the long haul
- Doesn’t get discouraged by staff turnover, slow-building partnerships, or a full calendar of cold calls — you play the long game
- Is self-directed and accountable — you manage your own territory, your own time, and your own results
- Brings professionalism and polish to every interaction, from a front desk receptionist to a senior PI attorney
Qualifications
Required — one of the following
- 5+ years in outside sales, territory management, or healthcare liaison calling on medical facilities

- Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships in a field-based role
- Comfortable operating across two distinct professional audiences — healthcare and legal
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a multi-channel territory independently
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Reliable transportation and comfort with daily driving throughout your territory
- Track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
Preferred
- Existing relationships within the local healthcare or PI legal community
- Experience calling on urgent care centers, orthopedic practices, or specialty medical offices
- Familiarity with auto accident injury care, medical liens, or PI case dynamics

- Bilingual English and Spanish is a strong plus
Compensation & benefits
- Base salary $75,000–$100,000 commensurate with experience
- Performance bonus tied to territory engagement metrics — target OTE low-to-mid $100s for strong performers
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k)
- PTO and paid holidays
- Professional development support
