Job Description

Who We Are

ROHL Global Networks USA is a diversified infrastructure company based in Jupiter, Florida, with expanding operations across the continental United States. From building fiber optic and high voltage systems that transfer power from solar farms to supporting the construction of AI-driven data centers, ROHL plays a critical role in powering the future of North America’s built environment.

As our organization continues to grow, we are seeking a dependable, detail orientated Health & Safety Coordinator with HR support responsibilities to help protect our field crews and keep our people practices running smoothly. This is a hybrid role for someone who enjoys variety-one day you might be running a site safety inspection, the next you're screening candidates or coordinating enrollment for our company health insurance benefits. If you're organized, safety-minded, love keeping things running behind the scenes, and want a role where no two days look the same, then this role is for you.

The Role

Health and safety is the heart of this role — you'll lead inspections, own compliance documentation, and help build a culture where every crew member goes home safe — while also handling day-to-day HR administrative functions like onboarding paperwork, recordkeeping, and benefits support.

What You'll Do

Keep Our Crews Safe

Own our day-to-day safety program from the ground up — conduct routine field and site safety inspections, perform job hazard analyses (JHAs), track certifications and safety documentation, coordinate PPE, lead incident and near-miss investigations, and drive corrective actions to closure. You'll plan and deliver safety training and toolbox talks, help maintain emergency preparedness and response plans, and track leading and lagging safety metrics to spot trends before they become incidents. You'll be the go-to person making sure our teams have what they need to work safely and stay compliant with OSHA and client requirements.

Coordinate with Clients & Partners

ROHL partners with some of the largest and most reputable energy and construction providers on the continent, and you'll help keep those partnerships running smoothly on the ground. You'll coordinate and provide all required health and safety documentation to clients in accordance with project and contractual requirements, and participate in pre-job meetings with clients and internal project teams to review safety expectations, documentation requirements, site-specific hazards, and project readiness.

Strengthen Our Systems

Help us stay ahead of the curve — updating safety policies and manuals, managing compliance platforms like Avetta and ISNetworld, and improving how we track training, certifications, and documentation across the company.

Build Our Team

Run point on recruiting — from writing job posts to screening candidates to getting new hires through onboarding. You'll partner closely with field leadership to make sure we're staffed up and ready for the work ahead.

Handle HR Administration

Process new-hire paperwork, maintain accurate and confidential personnel files, and keep our HRIS up to date. Support employees through benefits enrollment, answer day-to-day HR questions, manage our apprenticeship program, pull together HR reports as needed, and be a trusted point of contact for HR matters.

What you Bring

  • 1+ year of experience in Health & Safety/HSE within construction or a related field (relevant education or transferable experience welcome too)
  • HR or administrative experience is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple priorities at once
  • Clear, professional communication — you'll talk to everyone from field crews to clients to vendors
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Comfortable with HR administrative tasks — recordkeeping, data entry, and confidential documentation
  • Willingness to occasionally visit field/project sites

  • Bonus points if you have: an OSHA 10/30 certification; experience in construction, utilities, or another field-based industry; familiarity with OSHA and other health & safety requirements; or exposure to compliance platforms like Avetta or ISNetworld. Don't have all of these? Apply anyway — we're happy to train the right person.

    What We Offer

    • Competitive Wages – commensurate with experience
    • Insurance Benefits - including health, dental, and vision
    • 401(k) Matching
    • Flexible Schedule
    • Training and professional development opportunities
