Jr. Solutions Engineer in Fairlawn, Ohio at Welty Shared Services LLC

Welty Enterprises is seeking a motivated and technically curious Jr. Solutions Engineer to support our rapidly growing organization. This role blends IT project execution, Microsoft 365 administration, business systems support, cybersecurity initiatives, data analytics, and emerging AI technologies. The ideal candidate is someone who can independently own projects, research solutions, and help drive technology improvements across multiple business units.

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support when needed.
• Collaborate with internal IT staff and business units to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead and support IT projects across Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, automation, and business systems.
• Support Microsoft technologies including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Intune, Defender, Purview, Hyper-V, and Power Platform.
• Help lead AI initiatives by researching and evaluate AI tools and help implement automation opportunities across the organization.
• Assist with systems integration, workflow automation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with cybersecurity, compliance, auditing, and governance initiatives.
• Support data analytics and reporting efforts using tools such as Power BI.

• Experience in IT systems, Microsoft 365, or business technology environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong curiosity, willingness to learn, ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Ability to independently manage projects and priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and cloud technologies.

• CompTIA A+, Networking+, Microsoft certifications such as MS-900 or AZ-900 are a plus.
• Interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies strongly preferred.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Defender, Purview, Intune, Azure, Hyper-V preferred.
