Job Description

Director of Business Development at Hickory Terrace & Santa Fe Terrace

Help seniors and their families find the right place to call home while driving occupancy growth across two senior living communities.

Territory:
This position supports both Hickory Terrace and Santa Fe Terrace. Time will be split between communities based on business needs. Candidates should be comfortable traveling between locations approximately 60 miles apart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tours, manage leads, and guide prospective residents through the move-in process
  • Build referral relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations
  • Execute outreach, networking, and marketing initiatives to support occupancy goals
  • Maintain CRM records, reports, and marketing materials

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of sales, business development, or senior living experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and customer-focused
  • Valid driver's license required
