Job Description

PM & Compliance Manager (Marketing)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a PM & Compliance Manager (Marketing) based in Brazil.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing operations, compliance, and project management, ensuring that every campaign, asset, and communication moves smoothly from planning to publication without errors or delays. You will act as the central control point for workflow visibility, quality assurance, and regulatory alignment across a distributed marketing team. The position requires a sharp eye for detail, strong operational discipline, and the ability to enforce structure in fast-moving environments. You will oversee end-to-end project tracking, validate campaign accuracy, and ensure all outputs meet strict compliance and brand standards. The role also involves managing approval workflows, coordinating stakeholders, and maintaining accountability across teams and timelines. It is a high-responsibility position ideal for someone who thrives in structured chaos and takes pride in flawless execution.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage end-to-end project tracking systems, ensuring full visibility of marketing workflows, priorities, deadlines, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate routing of briefs, assets, approvals, and deliverables across stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Ensure strict quality assurance across all marketing outputs, including emails, SMS, landing pages, ads, and forms before publication.
  • Validate tracking accuracy, including UTMs, tagging structures, links, and attribution consistency across all campaigns.
  • Enforce compliance and regulatory approval workflows, ensuring all content passes through required legal and stakeholder sign-offs.
  • Maintain version control and governance of all published assets, ensuring only approved and updated materials are live.
  • Monitor team output, cadence, and accountability, ensuring deadlines and commitments are consistently met across distributed teams.
  • Identify bottlenecks, manage workflow efficiency, and continuously improve operational and approval processes.
  • Document QA standards, compliance rules, and operational processes to ensure scalability and continuity.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, traffic coordination, or QA/compliance roles.
  • Strong background in regulated environments (financial services, securities, healthcare, pharma, legal, or similar).
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to catch errors before publication across multi-channel campaigns.
  • Excellent written English, with strong proofreading, grammar, and editorial accuracy skills.
  • Experience managing distributed teams and enforcing accountability across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong operational mindset with ownership mentality and ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Experience with marketing and project tools such as HubSpot, Planable, Asana, Notable, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UTMs, tracking systems, and campaign attribution structures.
  • Ability to design or improve QA, compliance, and workflow systems, potentially leveraging AI tools.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with shifting priorities.
  • Availability to travel internationally (including the US up to 4x per year).
  • Nice to have: direct experience with SEC/Reg D or financial compliance marketing, agency leadership, or building governance/single source of truth systems.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary in USD aligned with experience and market benchmarks.
  • Fully remote work setup within LATAM.
  • Opportunity to work closely with high-impact, fast-scaling marketing and investment-related operations.
  • Exposure to regulated, high-stakes marketing environments with strong professional growth potential.
  • International collaboration and potential travel opportunities.
  • Dynamic, high-ownership role with significant autonomy and influence on operational systems.
  • Opportunity to build and refine compliance and workflow systems at scale.
