This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Marketing Manager (PMM) SR based in Brazil.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and scaling the Product Marketing function in a fast-growing, data-driven SaaS environment focused on retail intelligence and customer engagement. You will act as a key connector between Product, Sales, and Customer Success, defining how solutions are positioned, packaged, and brought to market. This is a highly strategic position with direct impact on revenue growth, customer adoption, retention, and expansion. You will lead the creation of go-to-market frameworks from the ground up, transforming complex product capabilities into clear value narratives. The environment is dynamic and innovation-oriented, requiring strong ownership, autonomy, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. This is an opportunity to build foundational PMM practices while directly impacting the experience of thousands of retail businesses.
- Build and establish the Product Marketing function from scratch, defining methodologies, GTM frameworks, rituals, and success metrics.
- Develop compelling positioning, messaging, and value narratives based on customer behavior, retail dynamics, and competitive insights.
- Lead go-to-market strategies and product launch initiatives to drive adoption, engagement, and expansion across SMB and enterprise customers.
- Own pricing and packaging strategies, ensuring alignment with market segments and measurable impact on revenue and profitability.
- Drive alignment between Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams around ICP definition, messaging, and qualification criteria.
- Analyze and communicate the impact of Product Marketing initiatives on activation, retention, cross-sell, and churn reduction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Product, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or Product roles within B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven experience working with go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer segmentation.
- Strong ability to operate in ambiguous environments and build processes from the ground up.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience connecting marketing initiatives to business metrics such as revenue and retention.
- Nice to have: experience in retail, CRM/loyalty, retail media, or martech ecosystems.
- Nice to have: experience defining PMM functions or GTM frameworks from scratch.
- Academic or practical background in pricing, growth, or strategic marketing is a plus.
