About the Role:

The HVAC Sales Manager will lead and oversee the sales operations for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning products and services across the United States. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by developing strategic sales plans, managing a high-performing sales team, and cultivating strong relationships with clients and industry partners. The manager will analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and tailor solutions that meet client requirements. They will also collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and service departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and successful project execution. Ultimately, the HVAC Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and enhancing the company’s reputation within the HVAC industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the HVAC industry or a closely related technical field.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading sales teams to achieve measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC products, systems, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.

  • Previous experience working in a multi-state sales environment.
