Job Description
Reports to: Regional Director of Community Gatherings
Hours Commitment: 40-45 hours/week with regular weekend responsibilities.
Purpose Statement: To lead an LCBC Campus to increasing effectiveness at introducing more and more people to Jesus and helping them to become fully devoted followers.
- Have a personal relationship with Jesus and demonstrate ongoing spiritual growth through everyday habits and practices.
- Support LCBC’s mission to introduce people to Jesus and together fully follow him, along with our ministry philosophy, priorities, and beliefs.

- Be an LCBC Partner, or willing to become one within 60 days of employment. Regularly attend and participate at LCBC prior to and/or upon employment.
Be the Primary Ministry Leader ensuring the location runs smoothly.

- Ensure successful distraction free gathering experience.
- Be the main point person for weekend and midweek experiences.
- Keep all core processes up to date.
- Cast vision of LCBC values and encourage key engagements
- Build and develop strong teams to be the church.
Sustain, train, empower, and equip
- Make sure all ministry environments are scheduled appropriately.
- Move people to take their next step in their relationship to Jesus.
- Provide pastoral care and support to attendees
Attend necessary staff and ministry meetings
Duties as assigned by the Location Pastor
Lead a healthy life and a healthy team.
Support growing the location by at least 10% annually.
Have a visible presence of connecting with people in the atrium on the weekends.
Learn people's names and stories.
Engage emerging young leaders - give them very real responsibilities.

Evaluation:
The Location Coordinator will meet regularly with the direct supervisor for planning, goal setting, progress updates, and general coaching. A formal Action and Development Plan will be completed and reviewed three times throughout the year.
